The 5am sound of the alarm awakens me, my feet grudgingly touching the cold floor to take me to the coffee maker to revive me.
Anything exciting planned? No. Anything new today? No. The same. The same as yesterday.
Alarm, coffee, bible study & prayer, get ready for work, wake kids, get them ready for school, go to work (same routines there), come home, see house trashed, get overwhelmed, decide to drink a beer instead of doing something productive, then wonder where all the money you supposedly earned has gone.
Then bed same routine, go to sleep (or most nights not), grind your teeth, bite your cheek from stress, have weird dreams
And !BOOM!
!ALARM!
With it's incessant reminder....... You get to do it again.......👍🙄
